Friday has rolled around quickly again! With restrictions beginning to ease across the state and as we adjust to a new kind of normal in SA, we hope you are still keeping safe and well as winter approaches, but also enjoying your days that little bit more!
Some of you may have noticed each week we feature a new image from China as the header to this newsletter. While travel restrictions are in place we would love you to share with us your favourite scenic China travel photo along with a brief description so we can feature it in our newsletter. Yesterday we wrapped up our UN Chinese language day program with our final event. Thank you everyone who joined our 'China Ready' Webinar, presented together with the Australia China Youth Association's Adelaide chapter. It was fantastic to see the huge amount of interest this webinar generated, even with the current restrictions on travel and going abroad. We remain optimistic for the future and regardless of the circumstances feel a better understanding and willingness to learn about other cultures is always relevant. If you missed it we are hoping to release a recording soon.

This past week winter has truly felt like it's on the way. The only upside being it makes staying indoors that little bit easier. We successfully held our online Taichi lesson yesterday and from the feedback received we hope to make it a regular activity. If you missed out, be sure to join next time. From this week, we'll also begin including a weekly chengyu 成语 or Chinese idiom at the end of our newsletter as a fun way to give you an insight into Chinese language and culture.
