Happy Dragon Boat Festival everyone! 端午节快乐 ! Yesterday was a special day in the Chinese calendar and our team came together to eat sticky rice dumplings (粽子 Zongzi) and celebrate. We have also just released a workshop video on youtube so you can learn the history of this festival and how to make Zongzi at home! In the morning we ran an online workshop with students from the Arts Faculty. The students learnt about the festival and together we created beautiful Chinese knotted keychains using a special knot called 'pingjie' (平结).
