Business in China Series

This series provides the business community, government officials and entrepreneurs in South Australia and across the nation with information-sharing panels, VIP speakers, and networking forums to keep Australian leaders at the forefront of Australia-China business relations.

Run on an ad-hoc basis to tie into current events and the needs of our co-hosts, past ‘Business in China’ events have included:

Onkaparinga: Growing business and tourism opportunities with China:
The Confucius Institute and City of Onkaparinga hosted a panel which showcased initiatives and opportunities to grow local business and tourism opportunities in China.

Preparing SA for Chinese Tourism:
The Confucius Institute and Adelaide City Council hosted a panel discussion on preparing South Australian businesses for the influx of Chinese tourism quickly approaching Australia.

Food Safety in China:
The Confucius Institute and PIRSA, together with supporting partner Food SA, hosted a panel and cocktail networking event on the topic of ‘Food Safety in China’.
